The first night there was a beach party to the right of the resort that lasted all night, like 5 am and it was still pounding bass through the walls (yes I know not the resorts fault but damn) Other small things like the fan in the bathroom sounded like it was going to take off it was so loud, no bathtub stoppers in either of our bathtubs and took about 6 hours to get one after multiple calls, the drying rack wasnt screwed into the wall and would keep falling off, the couches are so old the use blankets to cover them up as they are ripped and stained, the phones didnt work unless you used speaker, the walkways had lots of holes and cracks in them and you could easily trip, the pool towels were always gone you couldnt get them u less you were at the hut at 8 am, they host a lot of events so it is always loud and busy and they set random tents and chairs everywhere, our wrist bands stopped working 2 times and although not bad just annoying, and the beach sellers (I know they are just trying to make a living but I dont want to be approached by someone every 10-15 minutes) All in all we had a great time but as far as luxury this resort has definitely lost some of its magic.
